Noida – A Fabulous Investment Destination:JC World

The rise of Noida has been spectacular to say the least. Once a desolate outback of Uttar Pradesh, today it is known as the IT Capital of NCR and has the richest per capita income within the whole of the national capital region.

Located 25 kilometres to the southeast of New Delhi, Noida was envisaged as a new hub of urbanity way back in 1976. And in these years, it has lived up to its stated vision. Today, it is reputed for its excellent roads and residential projects. In a recent City Awards conducted by a national news channel, it won the Best City in Uttar Pradesh and Best City in Housing in India awards.

Apart from the companies and urban population it attracts, Noida is also known as an Investor’s Heaven. With commercial properties appreciating handsomely, it is no wonder why serious investors are looking at Noida with great interest. Commercial investment in Noida is lucrative and the demand for good projects is always on the rise.

The presence of a cosmopolitan and affluent community also means that the demand for commercial shops in Noida is also great. Retailers and brands are eyeing to set up base in Noida to woo customers with their products and services.

With many reputed real estate developers having big plans for a variety of projects, commercial investment in Noida has a bright future. Add to that the splendid infrastructure of the city and its close proximity to the capital and you can understand why Noida is a hub for the future.

Research indicates that the demand for commercial shops in Noida has been on a steady rise since the last few years and the entry of big national and international brands in the city is testimony to its growth. Be it fashion, lifestyle, medical care or sports, not a single major brand is missing from Noida. And if industry sources are to be believed, many more have lined up to enter this lucrative market.

Noida has a robust infrastructure and the population to support tremendous growth in the future. It is worthwhile to treat the city as a long-term destination for some serious commercial investment.
